1. Cool Clothing

Fill your Summer wardrobe with lightweight clothing made of cotton or thin linen to prevent your body heat from being captured and keep yourself comfortable.

Keep damp washcloths in the freezer or refrigerator to have a steady, quick supply of cold cloths to cool yourself down.

3. Hydrate

Most importantly, drink plenty of fresh, filtered water to stay hydrated throughout your pregnancy.
