3 Tips to Survive a Summer Pregnancy
Winter brought us some pretty cold weather across the States this year. It’s hard to imagine the Summer heat that is ahead when you are still experiencing those chilling cold fronts. However, Summer is quickly approaching and one thing is for sure, it’s gonna be HOT. If you are pregnant during the Summertime the heat can at times be excruciatingly unbearable. So, here are some tips to help keep expecting Moms cool and comfortable this Summer.
1. Cool Clothing
Fill your Summer wardrobe with lightweight clothing made of cotton or thin linen to prevent your body heat from being captured and keep yourself comfortable.
2. Frozen Washcloths
Keep damp washcloths in the freezer or refrigerator to have a steady, quick supply of cold cloths to cool yourself down.
Most importantly, drink plenty of fresh, filtered water to stay hydrated throughout your pregnancy.
