The Name Game: Celebrity Children & Their Fascinating Names
by: Michael Kabel

If you were teased as a child because of your name, you can be glad you're not the child of a celebrity. Whether as an expression of creativity, an attempt to draw attention, or just one of those off-kilter habits that makes Hollywood famous the world over, celebrities often give their children names ready-made for conversation. Some are inspired by the celebrity's heritage or spirituality. Others simply like the given name's sound. At least one Hollywood director gives his children the middle names of where they were conceived!

Here is a random list of some of the most colorful celebrity baby names and the parents responsible. The list isn’t meant to single out anyone - or their parents - except to remark on how intriguing names can become when fueled by plenty of Tinseltown imagination.

True Harlow Fisher-Duddy: Born in February 2006, the daughter of actress Joely Fisher (herself the daughter of celebrities Eddie Fisher and Connie Stevens) and cinematographer Christopher Duddy joins six-year-old sister Skylar Grace Fisher-Duddy.
