The box is beautiful, but I had the same problem with some of the bristels being pushed back. And also I thought it was on a silk pillow but it is just styrofoam with the silk material covering it. Other than that, the brush was perfect, and the engraving was done very nicely.

I ordered this as a gift, it is very nice, feels solid. The engraving really gives it a special touch. I was just disappointed that they scratched the brush while engraving it and when the put it back in the box they weren't very attentive and had several strands of the brush pushed back, making the brush look used. But it it weren't for that, I'd give it 5 stars.
