I have ordered this item for girls and also the matching item for boys. With my last order, I was a bit distressed by the 20 character maximum, but the company was so accomodating in supplying additional items that I could add myself into the shadowbox to solve the problem....without even asking them!! I am always very pleased and the Moms and Dads consider this one of the most distinctive gifts they have received...always proudly placed in the baby's room.
