Delivery Time
Non-personalized orders ship within 3-5 business days from when the order was placed. The product descriptions for Corner Stork often provide an estimated time to ship. Personalized gifts may take up to 3 weeks to process. If you require a rush order, please email or call us at 1-800-685-9072 anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

Shipping
Corner Stork Baby Gifts uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. If you need something sent 3-day select, 2nd day or overnight, please contact us at 1-800-685-9072 anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday so that we can process your order immediately. Shipping charges for US packages are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight and destination. Please note packages are not delivered on weekends.   

Shipping to Canada
Please note some of our vendors do not ship to Canada. Refer to the product specific information for more details.

Canadian shipments that come from our warehouse are sent UPS standard and the shipping fee is based on weight and destination. The shipping fee to Canada is not automatically calculated when you check out. If you place an order that ships to Canada, within 24 hours, you will receive an email regarding your shipping fees. There may be a $16.95 surcharge which covers any taxes or duties so that you will not be responsible for any additional fees once the package arrives to your door.

At this time, we don't ship outside the US and Canada.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Atlanta, Georgia. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.

Rush Orders
If you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at Corner Stork Baby Gifts, please call us at 1-800-685-9072 anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday or send us an email. We can do whatever we can to accommodate you.

Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the baby gifts you receive!

If you need to return something, please send an email to CornerStork@theshopsat24seven.com or call us at 1-800-685-9072 anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday within 14 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. We will accept authorized returns within 30 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
